What I love about this shower head is the water pressure is so strong and the water smells so amazing with the capsule and filter. My hair and skin is so soft and clean after using it. The towel feels really soft. I have sensitive skin, but it doesn’t irritate at all, and it absorbs well, making it perfect after a shower. The design is simple and neat, so it adds a nice... vibe when hung in the bathroom. It would also be great as a gift!

Can I install SHIFT shower head myself? | ติดตั้งด้วยตัวเอง

Yes, you can! The installation process is really easy, only taking 1-2 minutes. It doesn’t require breaking tiles, any fancy tools, or plumbing experience.

What does it filter? | กรองอะไรบ้าง

We use a filtration system that involves 2 different processes to filter harmful chemicals and minerals.
Our pure water filter traps pipe rust, sediments, and any physical debris over the size of 5 microns and removes bacteria such as e.coli.
Our vitamin scent capsule neutralizes chlorine with vitamin concentrate and helps weaken calcium and magnesium bonds leading to softening of hard water and balancing the pH of water.

How do I install a shower filter? | การใส่ฟิลเตอร์ไส้กรอง

Our shower head comes with a replacable water filter. Once the filter turns brown, you can easily replace the filter by
• Twist open the bottom cap of the shower head.
• Take out the contaminated filter.
• Insert the new filter with the rubber ring facing up.
• Close the bottom cap and turn it to lock tightly.

How often do I need to change the shower filter? | การเปลี่ยนฟิลเตอร์ไส้กรอง

We recommend changing the filter every 3-4 weeks although it could last up to 6 weeks depending on your water quality.
Once the filter turns brown, it's time to replace the filter. You can easily check the color of the filter through the transparent filter monitor window.

Our capsule is designed to last about 2-3 weeks on average and you can switch between different capsules every shower if you choose to.

The ingredients that make up the capsules are 100% plant-derived ingredients, except for aromatic fragrances, such as: Vitamin C, Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Trehalose, Tea Tree OIil, evening primrose oil, Coconut Oil, and oatmeal powder.
Each capsule contains 6000mg of Vitamin C. That's 120 lemons worth of Vitamin C.
Other skin & hair-loving ingredients help soothe irritation, increase moisturizing retention, and nourish with nutrients and powerful anti-oxidant.

The Shift Capsule Shower has a thick built-in water purification filter that filters out rust and particulate matter larger than 5 microns.

How do I store the capsules? | การเก็บรักษา

Unopened capsule
• Please store unopened products in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and humid places.
Opened Capsule
• We recommend using products as soon as possible (within one month) as there is a risk of deterioration of used products that have been in contact with moisture.

If only the date is written on the product, it is the “manufactured date.” The shelf life of the product is 3 years from the date of manufacture if unopened.

Vitamin capsules can be used for about 7-10 days for a household of 3-4 people (for a household of 2 people, they can be used for about 14 days).
However, there may be differences depending on the usage environment, such as shower time, water temperature, and water pressure.
If you store the shower head lying down, the vitamin gel may be consumed faster, so please keep that in mind when using it.
